FAME Vendor Agreement

Vendor is renting an 8 foot table of indoor vendor space or outdoor food truck area during the WNY Film, Art & Music Event. Table and two chairs are provided. Space is limited. Reserve early. The festival runs from Friday August 12 at 4pm to Sunday August 14th at 8pm at Genesee Community College, One College Road, Batavia, N.Y. 14020 Set up begins one hour prior to the start of the festival. Friday 12 at 3:00 pm, Saturday 10 am and Sunday 10 am. Tear down is to be complete by 9:00 pm each night.

Do not leave your vendor space unattended. FAME, Beaver Alley Studios Inc, and GCC are not responsible for stolen or damaged merchandise. Vendor is responsible for collecting all applicable taxes and licenses associated with their booth. Vendor certifies that they will not sell anything in violation of any state, federal or local laws. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be admitted without an adult.
